I was born and raised in Chicago, where I learned the value of hard work, strong relationships, and showing up for others. Today, I call Tennessee home, but those roots continue to shape who I am and how I work. For more than 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a special education teacher and as a middle and elementary school administrator—roles that taught me the importance of patience, organization, and leading with heart.

Working in education requires me to juggle countless responsibilities, manage competing priorities, and support diverse teams, all while keeping people at the center of every decision. As a building principal, I am the go-to problem solver, communicator, and organizer—skills I now bring into my work as a virtual assistant. I understand how overwhelming the day-to-day tasks of running a business can feel, and I truly enjoy stepping in to bring order, clarity, and calm.

My experience in education has given me a unique ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow through with consistency and care. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, but just as importantly, I’m someone who genuinely wants to see others succeed. I believe strong support behind the scenes allows business owners to focus on what they do best.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading or traveling with my daughter whenever we can carve out some time together. I’ve always been driven, determined, and motivated by helping others—and whether in a school building or supporting a business, that passion remains the same.
